We are looking for an IT instructor specialized in CCNA and ethical hacking to join our team. This position will deliver both basic and advanced network management and cybersecurity trainings, equipping students with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Our instructor will teach topics under the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification, including networking fundamentals, routing and switching, network security, and troubleshooting, as well as provide comprehensive lessons on ethical hacking techniques, attack types, penetration testing, and security measures. The candidate is expected to be knowledgeable about current cybersecurity threats and defense strategies, keep training materials up to date, and monitor student progress. Additionally, the instructor should use interactive methods during training to encourage active learning, organize hands-on lab sessions, and present real-world scenarios to students. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be patient, solution-oriented, and passionate about technology. Preparing training content, creating assessment exams, and reporting student performance will also be among the duties. Furthermore, contributing to the development of the institution's training programs, updating training content in line with new technological advancements, and delivering online trainings when necessary are also part of the responsibilities. This position will be involved in both individual and corporate trainings, providing suitable education for participants at different levels.
